Massee Lane Gardens is a 100-plus+ acre botanical garden between Marshallville and Fort Valley. The gardens are the historic home of the American Camellia Society and is home to their camellia collection. Massee Lane Gardens has been designated as "A Garden of Excellence" by the International Camellia Society.

Find beauty and tranquility in the Abendroth Japanese Garden. A sheltered building called the "Abzumaya" provides shelter for the quiet contemplation of this idealized representation of nature’s perfection.
