Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority
The Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority website shows state wide indices and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) indices by a subscription cost of $9.95 per month for unlimited use. There is also a 50 cents per page for documents printed.
Images of deeds, UCCs, plats and liens are added to the GSCCCA data base daily. Filings generally go back to 1991. Records predating 1991 can only be obtained in the clerk’s office at the present time.
UCC forms are available for download at no charge. There is also general information on all 159 clerk of courts. The Notary public information available includes frequently asked questions, Georgia statute information on Notaries, and the Notary Procedure Manual. There are also links from their home page to the American Society of Notaries, Georgia Bankers Association, Official Code of Georgia, National Notary Association, State Bar or Georgia and the State of Georgia.
